These plants are often incorrectly named Monstera Obliqua, which is it's much rarer relation...An obliqua is almost a skeletal version of this plant, with more hole than leaf.

Medium to bright indirect / filtered light
Allow top two inches of soil to dry out in between watering
LIkes warmer temerpatures, with medium to high humidity. Mist every other day.
