Returns

We work with a variety of blooms, some more delicate in nature than others and the life expectancy of our flowers is 3-5 days. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately by phone or email.  Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we can only provide a replacement or refund if the complaint is made within 24 hours of the delivery being received.

For all other non perishable products you have 14 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return or exchange your item. We can only accept refunds for items in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made using the same payment method. Excluding faulty or damaged goods returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.

Products should be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered with the original packaging intact. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Once purchased, our 'Flowers for a Year' gift cannot be refunded.  Please contact us if you need to postpone or reschedule a delivery.
